This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasnโt disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

Anshie Kaganโs ironic and often dark artwork covers a variety of motifs and themes and is influenced by the Pop Art movement of the 1950โs incorporating current cultural, technological and social themes. The juxtaposition of iconic ultra-Orthodox rabbinic leaders depicted on bright or psychedelic patterned backgrounds toys with the usual portrayal of a monotonal religious culture. With respect to the blend of technology and religion his โModern Day Commandmentsโ - two columns of five QR codes representing the Biblical Decalogue. Anshieโs work in the same vein as the Pop art movement helps to decrease the gap between "high art" and "low art" and eliminated the distinction between fine art and commercial art methods.
